Xander has had Indian food before, and liked it (as long as it wasn't really really spicy saag) but I made this last night and it looked so fun and colorful, I couldn't help but to snap a picture on the iphone. Blogworthy? Maybe not, but Sunday was a slow relaxing day, and not all posts can be top-notch.
